Urgent Notice: All Unused Gift Card Must Be Exchanged by August 15th, 2023!
This notice is for gift cards that were issued before May 15th 2023.

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inform you of an exciting change at Fantasia Nail Lounge. We have recently taken over ownership of the salon and are dedicated to providing you with exceptional services and experience.

As part of this transition, we would like to ensure that any outstanding gift cards from the previous salon owner are properly honored. We value your patronage and want to make sure you can fully enjoy the benefits of your unused gift card.

To facilitate a smooth transition, we kindly request that you visit our salon before August 15th, 2023, to exchange your unused gift card for a new one. By doing so, you can continue to enjoy our services while conveniently utilizing the value of your original gift card.

Here's how you can proceed with the exchange:

In-Person Visit: Visit Fantasia Nail Lounge at 5100 Daniels Pkwy, Ste 200, Fort Myers FL 33912 during our regular business hours. Present your unused gift card from the previous salon owner at the front desk, and our friendly staff will assist you in exchanging your old gift card for a brand new one, equivalent to the original value.

Call: If you are unable to visit our salon in person, you can call our business phone at (239) 432-9591 to initiate the gift card exchange process. Please have your gift card number ready when you call, as it will help us expedite the process. Our team will provide further instructions and arrange for the exchange to be completed.

Email: Alternatively, you can also exchange your gift card by email. Simply send an email to exchange@fantasianaillounge.com with the subject line "Gift Card Exchange" and include the following information in your email:

1. Your name
2. Contact information (phone number and/or email address)
3. The gift card number from the previous salon owner

Our customer service team will promptly respond to your email and guide you through the necessary steps to complete the exchange. Rest assured that your gift card value will be transferred to a new gift card issued by new owner, allowing you to enjoy our services seamlessly. Please note that after August 15th, 2023, we will no longer be able to honor the unused gift cards from the previous salon owner. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity before the deadline to ensure a seamless transition and to fully enjoy the benefits of our services.
